Final Sale Items

There will be no refunds on final sale items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery. We will make it right.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, V. Latrease is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
